In my work as a counsellor I focus on building trust in the therapeutic relationship. I believe this is the space for hope and healing to emerge, and the container for change and growth. You will find me caring and compassionate, understanding and easy to talk with.

I am able to help you find ways to move through rough waters into calm seas, develop new skills and feel better about yourself, life and your relationships.

Couples and family members will have the opportunity to express their concerns openly and honestly in a safe and impartial environment, and work towards easing stressors and instilling change.

Working with children and young people drawing on creative, imaginative play and art therapy encourages connection, builds trust and provides the opportunity to work through trauma, allowing growth, change and development to occur.
